I have uploaded the base files we are using in an e-portfolio workshop (folder is called e-portfolio workshop). Basically trying to generate some buzz surrounding a student-generated e-portfolio that promotes reflection and metacognition.
Ok, you will note that this not high-end stuff. That is the point. As a system leader, I am in the same sense of place that I was when I was in my classroom. Scaffold the emergent integrator, while providing differentiation for the resistant and the blossoming. Check out how many expectations I pulled out of the documents that can be met using e-portfolios. These can be used as a scavenger hunt activity.

After researching many sites (thanks all for your suggestions) I have set up a blogging site to use as an interactive activity in upcoming workshops.

It is still a work in progress.
I did not find this a breeze to develop and still am trying to figure a simple way to instruct teachers on how to set up a class.
I'd love to hear of a 1-2-3 step process, or develop one. I know I have an uphill battle introducing blogging as the potentially explosive literacy tool it can be, and then getting busy, non-techie teachers on-line.
Any collaboration is MUCH appreciated.
